skip two of them as they fail only due to Travis setup we can re-enable them after migrating from Travis to Jenkins
The error message said: Run 'webdriver-manager update' to download binaries.
...because originally used node01.lisk.io can be out of visible part of the md-select, if node08.lisk.io was randomly selected, and I don't know how to scroll to it in protractor
