Expected behaviour

Nano should poll less often when not focused (let's say every 120s), because there are more and more users, therefore too many requests to Lisk nodes.

Actual behaviour

Nano 1.0.2 polls every 60 seconds when not focused and every 10 seconds when focused. After React migration it was only 15 seconds for not focused.
