Expected behaviour

Send a transaction of 10535.77379498 LSK from Lisk account A to B. Lisk account B receives 10535.77379498 LSK.

Actual behaviour

Send a transaction of 10535.77379498 LSK from Lisk account A to B. Lisk account B receives 10535.77379497 LSK.

Steps to reproduce

Send 10535.77379498 LSK from Lisk account A to B >>> Receive 10535.77379497 LSK on account B

Tested with 0.2.0 and previous versions. Mac installation.
