README 1.0 Updates

Closes #172

What it Does

• Updates install instructions in the README to refer to 1.0 instead of the develop branch.
• Updates references to source files to their relatively-soon-to-be master paths. Note that these paths do not yet exist on master since we did a restructure. If you’d like to test the URLs, replace master with develop in the paths.

Notes

I marked this [DO NOT MERGE] as we’ll want to integrate it just before releasing to reduce potential for confusion with the instructions.
