* Fix doctests: inject some standard fixtures into the doctest namespace * Do some textual replacements in docstrings for the new package name
Contribution descriptions may need to be updated
* disable favicon and logo for now * include changelog and acknowledgments in index.rst * add bibliography (may need to be "thinned out" a bit...) * re-export version from __init__ * need test_requirements in documentation related tox envs

Merging this to master to check documentation publication workflow. CI only finished after restarting a job, which had failed with "Connection Reset by peer" errors, I guess because of installing directly from git? |
