  • Install libertem from git, see test_requirements.txt
  • Fix doctests: inject some standard fixtures into the doctest
    namespace
  • Do some textual replacements in docstrings for the new package name
  • Make documentation build (fix deps, fix some warnings, remove logo/icon for now, see Branding? #8)

 * disable favicon and logo for now
 * include changelog and acknowledgments in index.rst
 * add bibliography (may need to be "thinned out" a bit...)
 * re-export version from __init__
 * need test_requirements in documentation related tox envs

Merging this to master to check documentation publication workflow. CI only finished after restarting a job, which had failed with "Connection Reset by peer" errors, I guess because of installing directly from git?
