Adds a gradle task which generates a list of all lemmy instances. It also updates the manifest.
Atm it includes all lemmy instances with more than 50 montly active users.
This code is largely based of #508 which can be closed now.
Removed clean task, as it is build into gradle. (for a while already)
Fixed 3 warnings. And updated the CONTRIBUTING.md
