`tezos-client` used to report how to import root keys and derived keys separately. Since root keys should not be used directly, they stopped reporting how to import them. However, some people still need to use their root keys since they have tez on them, etc. This adds explanation for how to do this but with the appropriate warning language.

Note that our Makefile uses git tags to determine the version number to show. You'll need to push a
v1.5.0tag to your repo for the version to match when building from here.
