Tips to make Waffle.io & Github workflow seamless

Connecting an issue with a pull request

Purpose: to stop doubling up of issues on pull requests

How: When you create a pull request on waffle.io, add the keyword connect in the comments. e.g. 'connects to #30' This will connect the previous issue with the pull request.
