Why are these changes needed?
BlobHeaders,BlobMetadatawill be needed forBatchConfirmerto sendAttestBatchrequests and update blob states. Instead of keeping & refetching all metadata from DB, accumulate them inMinibatchermemory and pull from it.Checks
