The 100% free release of LITELOAD

As of version 1.2, LITELOAD has been ported over to PSn00bSDK (https://github.com/lameguy64/psn00bsdk) which is a 100% free and open source SDK for the PS1. This also makes it the first PS1 homebrew to be ported from the official SDK over to an open source SDK.

The switch to PSn00bSDK also reduced the size of the loader by over 50%, making LITELOAD even lighter than ever. Functionality is more or less the same as with older versions, with some small fixes.
