- Introduces introduces the option to solve the ion and atom energy equations separately
- Updates default oldseec=0, using new model for joule heating including radial gradients
- Adds capability for morphing grids using UETOOLS
…ear the X-pt for a 1D flux tube ranging from the OMP to the outer target, I added a few lines so that it also works for the inner X-pt if one wants to use a full flux tube including both targets.
