feat: update no small factor zkp to cggmp24 version

Updates No Small Factor ZK` $\prod^{fac}$.

Followed the changes from the new cggmp24 version:

• Deleted field "sigma" from Commitment struct;
• No need to sample $\sigma$
• Simplifies computations of the proofs and verification

Motivation

This is part of the ongoing effort to update the cggmp21 implementetion to the latest version. Changes required within the zkps:

New protocols to be implemented:

• Discrete Log with El-Gamal commitment ZK $\prod^{elog}$. feat: implementation of dlog with el gamal commitment zkp #131
• Range Proof with El-Gamal commitment ZK $\prod^{enc-elg}$. feat: implementation of paillier encryption in range with El-Gamal commitment #132

Protocols to be changed

• Paillier-Blum Modulus ZK $\prod^{mod}$. feat: update paillier blum modulus zkp to cggmp24 version #133
• No Small Factor ZK $\prod^{fac}$. This PR

Protocols no longer used (to be deleted)

• Paillier Encryption in Range ZK $\prod^{enc}$
