[ContactStructuralMechanicsApplication] Adding new debugging info/pythonic clean up #3582

This PR adds new debugging info for contact. Computes the total load and the total reaction and the total contact force, so it can be check that there is an equilibrium

Additionally I removed () in the ifs and for loops to make more pythonic the python script

Besides, how do I update the structure of my scripts to the new manner?

you mean to use the python-modules?

I would do it since I also want to integrate some minor more changes, I will do it end of this week/beginning of next week
I would like to wait just a bit to see if ppl have problems (e.g. #3567 )
