Hotfix for some important issues

• Fix launchwrapper relocation, it should fix classpath collision
• fix java 1.8 compatibility using LLJzip fork https://github.com/KosmX/LL-Java-Zip/tree/master (until fix is merged)
• 2.0 branch: fix multiple jar archive reading issues

GUI still needs java 11+, CLI and launch-wrapper should be java 1.8 compatible

You can download the json file and Import component in MultiMC or PrismLauncher

• fabric for Fabric loader (any fabric)
• forge for 1.13.2+ Forge
• legacy_forge for Forge 1.12.2 and before

Only make sure that the jNeedle preLaunch malware checker is at the very bottom of the list.
