Geyser support experimental

This needs a custom geyser fork

Usage:
Use a GeyserMC build with my commits + this release client+server side.
it will generate a file emotecraft_emote_map.json file in the config folder.
Paste this there to use Waving, Clap, Facepalm or Point/Over There! emotes.
