The Brackets NativeFileSystem module is deprecated and will be removed in the possibly very near future. It would appear you are only referring to it and not actually using the module (line 9 in main.js), so you can probably safely delete that line with no trouble. :)

See adobe/brackets#6127 and adobe/brackets#8751.
