Hi,
The target-language attribute with the value 'zh_CN' was causing an error because it is not a valid value for the atomic type xs:language. The correct value should be "zh-CN" or "zh-Hans" . I have updated the file accordingly. Alternatively, the target-language attribute can be omitted if necessary.
