Requires #416
roads are now generated between cities. The roads make sense for the most part but it's not perfect. There are multiple ways to generate the roads, this one uses a "river-like" generation. More work needs to be done on the road map selection, because it will now select a t-junction when a parallel road is near, while we should either have two t-junctions connected to each other or keep them parallel.
Also updates the readme with overmap images.
