This is a progressive web application that allows you to use amd submit information on an offline version the the aplication and then submit it when the internet connection resumes
To install first download all dependancies and node modules and then do node server to acitvate it on local host port 3000
This is what you see in chromes local host
This is the tab that shows up when you click on the icon next to the bookmark tab
And this is the offline app that shows the updated data
