What is an administrator

The administrator has the highest power and controls the platform through the induction of various other roles. The platform should have at least one administrator. The administrator will be responsible for the initiation of any event under the platform.

Creating a new event

• User Panel -> Manage Events -> Create Event
• Event name should be more than 1 character long
• Event code should be between 3-10 characters long and only contains alphanumeric or -

Adding new managers to an event

• User Panel -> Manage Events -> Select Event/Configure Manager -> Invite Manager
• Existing managers will be asked to their existing accounts in the system
• New managers will be provided with a new account
