Describe the bug
On the MFA Report, the exports to Excel, CSV and PDF are missing the column 'Enforced via Security Defaults'.

(The 'Copy' option does include that column)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Reports > MFA Report
  2. Click on Excel, CSV or PDF
  3. Open the relevant downloaded file
  4. Note that the column is missing

Expected behavior
The different export options should all include the missing column.
