Some dependencies in GitHub Action are deprecated, see warnings in https://github.com/Keldos-Li/typora-latex-theme/actions/runs/8699407718

Actions to be updated:

actions/checkout@v2
marvinpinto/action-automatic-releases@latest

actions/checkout@v2 in dev-build.yml has been updated in #135, we will see if there are further problems.
marvinpinto/action-automatic-releases@latest seems to be deprecated, see discussions in marvinpinto/action-automatic-releases#2 . An approach is replacing the deprecated action with https://github.com/softprops/action-gh-release , see ptr727/PlexCleaner@124b1a8
