kaidar() no longer returns pa. darPlusDistorion()and applyDar() now calculate it separately. darPlusDistortion() adds position angle to parallactic angle, and scales to nirc2 pixels. Add get_parallactic_angle() to instruments.py Remove the iraf dependency from dar.py by hardcoding Keck's latitude and height. Fix scaling bug in prep_analysis.py in psfRadisu() and removedCloseStars()
