Tarsyer Internship Tasks

Dear Tarsyer Team,

Thank you for considering my application for the internship. Below are the completed tasks:

Task 1: Annotation through Mouse-Click

• Completed Task:
  • Utilized Task_1.jpg to allow users to define rectangular areas for cropping via mouse-clicks.
  • Saved the cropped area as Task_1_cropped.jpg.
  • Generated an insights image Task_1_insights.jpg displaying the annotated rectangular box coordinates.

Task 2: Morphological Operation

• Completed Task:
  • Performed three morphological operations of choice on the provided image.
  • Submitted the original image along with the output images for each operation.

Task 3: Thresholding

• Completed Task:
  • Applied simple and adaptive thresholding techniques on Task_3.jpg.
  • Saved the outputs as Task_3_simple.jpg and Task_3_adaptive.jpg.

Task 4: Hand Tracking

• Completed Task:
  • Implemented hand tracking using a hand-tracking model.
  • Displayed alphabets based on finger positions (Thumb - T, Index - I, Middle - M, Ring - R, Baby - B) in real-time on the shown image.
