Copy edit of the docs and strings

Motivation:

I was trying to add to the docs as target_temp_step doesn't seem to have a proper 'string' or be mentioned in the docs. The screenshots in the docs are slightly out of date too with some settings missed:

Changes:

I've fixed some typos and improved the grammar in the docs.
I also updated the text strings - If these are accepted translations will also need updating (it doesn't look like inlang is set up properly. The screenshots should also be re-done.
