Introducing Blacklist and Whitelist

This release supports a blacklist and a whitelist. More Information in the README.

v0.2 Feature Release

In this release we've added some features and fixed some source code styling problems.

• Option to disable a specific relay in config
• added logging (to file and to console)
• possibility to bind a specific relay to a specific address
• added setup.sh (just chmod +x and run)

First usable release

First working release. Seems to be quite stable.
