put을 쓴 이유는 Apply 값 전체를 다 바꾼다고 생각해서그런건가요오오??

넴 프론트에서 수정되면 리스트 그대로 다 보내주기로 해서! 그리고 ApplyContent를 값객체로 바꿔서 전체 업데이트만 가능하기 때문에 PUT을 사용했어요오
