Just a question about "centre"

I only have one question: what's considered as "centre"? half the display width in pixels? or is a side taskbar counted in?

Silly me, just a simple experiment confirmed that it takes into account possible side taskbars, so it centres to the effective size of the desktop. Wonderful. Thank you!

Yeah, it's the center of the maximize area, not the center of the display. Panels are indeed taken into account.
