Our wiki instructions for installing on Fedora say to install
libcurl-devel
manually:https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/CKAN/wiki/Installing-CKAN-on-Fedora#libcurl
If this is needed, the RPM should handle it as a dependency. Now it will.
