See KSP-CKAN/NetKAN#7293; this module dropped an epoch a while ago. Now the wrongly indexed versions have the epoch they should have had all along.

Some of the old versions have ZIP files that don't pass CKAN's validation and so can't be installed. These are frozen.

The errors are ZIP validation problems.
