Description
Corrects issues with flashing the LED when the battery is low. Devices with RGB or power LED control will now flash red when the battery is low, even if the LED or RGB lighting is disabled.

Tested on Air Plus, RGB10 Max 3, and RK2023 (it had the low battery).
