Are there limits to what password ASF can accept?

I remember a while ago I had issues with ASF using long complex passwords, so I had to switch to a much shorter and weaker one.
I've come back to ASF with a stronger password and again I get the InvalidPassword error, are there any limitations to what the program allows for the steam password (eg, length, characters, special characters)?

(Absolutely certain there is nothing wrong with the credentials, not rate limited, etc)

No, there should be no limits on the password and nobody reported similar issues recently. You could've reported this when you initially stumbled upon this issue, so we could fix it earlier - without bug reports there won't be bugfixes.

If you believe there is some certain password that is causing issues, you can just write it down so I can test what's the problem, or if it's some specific password you want to use yourself then reproduce the problem with any other password you don't intend to use, and post that one instead. Then I'll be able to set that password to one of my accounts and see where the issue is (or, if I'm unable to reproduce, then I'll say that everything is correct).

There does appear to be password limitations.

I tried both directly editing the config, and going through the web UI.

The current WORKING password is 64 characters, like so:

If you edited config files directly, instead of using ASF-ui or Web Config Generator, it may be caused by some special characters that needs to be escaped when stored in json.
