Can't find how to enable TokenDumper from SteamDB

Hi,
Thank you or your amazing program, I want to help steamDB and saw that I can activate the built-in plug-in from ASF but I cannot find the path.. When im trying to add the command the bot immediately stop and close until I erase the command I added.
Where do I need to add the command line ? (also didn't find how to add it with the web-based config)

Yes, but they just say "add this command line to the global ASF config" but when I edit it, it break everything

adding '"SteamTokenDumperPluginEnabled": true' to ASF.json doesn't enable the STD plugin for me
what's possibly wrong with my setup?
