PCRE2 10.35 has been released. It might be worth BinaryBuilding it and seeing if it fixes this issue. In the meantime, it's fine to revert this again. Aside form the two issues it fixes, there's nothing pressing about the upgrade.

We already have a PR open: JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil#1687. I'm just a bit worried about compatibilities with downstream libraries..

Yeah, that's actually why I opened that Yggdrasil PR, although @giordano mentioned it's not such a trivial JLL library bump.
