some links still exist:

I didn't bother rewriting the ones in HISTORY, but I missed the one in the man page, Do you wanna make a PR?

I searched in GitHub, 2,624 of 11,113 doc links are latest (24% of all) (and 4,000 of them are v1 links (36% of all)). IMO, if latest link isn't a good way to link to docs, so we should avoid using it everywhere. hence people, in the first place, don't see any of them and will avoid using them on their own repositories.
No, I don't.
