Previously in #26983, the Mozilla Security Blog announced the gradual removal of Symantec TLS/SSL certificates. This CA certificate store update does not remove Symantec SSL CA certificates. In October 2018, the Mozilla Security Blog announced that Symantec SSL certificates removal has been delayed. |

This update coincides with CA certificate list changes to Mozilla NSS 3.39.
