This is a tad tedious. I am doing it right ? Each time I commit and I want the changes to be propagated to users of the package I need to edit this file and send a pull request ?

Hmm, I guess at some point we could provide a web interface that allows package maintainers to update the SHA for their own projects automatically. Possibly related to JuliaLang/julia#1896. For now I don't see another way though. |

Either this is made automatic or you have plans to hire several people to click around. For reference, R has over 4,000 packages in CRAN. ;-) |
