Layers Tutorial

As #343 was finally merged 🥳 we need to create a tutorial for it.

Idea: Basic animation on the background which gets smaller and moves to the upper left corner.
Then a new animation part is created which gets scaled and maybe rotated as well. That way a collage of animations are created.
