CompatHelper: bump compat for Meshes in [weakdeps] to 0.47, (keep existing compat) #68

This pull request changes the compat entry for the Meshes package from 0.46 to 0.46, 0.47.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
