Azure Automation DSC Provisioning Tool

There are two scripts available to assist in provisioning Azure DSC Resources
	Azure_dsc_module_automation_tool - Creates Storage Account, Uploads Modules for DSC, Installs Modules for DSC
	Azure_dsc_automation_tool - Registers new DSC Assets, Imports/Exports DSC Configurations

Note, these scripts require Azure Powershell 1.0.
