Question about using MTAG results in colocalization analysis

Thank you for developing this great tool!
I was wondering after I get the meta-analysis results for multiple traits after MTAG, can I use them in colocalization analyzes? Would it have issues since MTAG has the same effect in all disorders assumption?

Hello! I don't know that I've tested MTAG results on colocalization analyses. I have seen a paper by Hill et al that suggested the if you use LDSC to estimate the genetic correlation between sets of MTAG results, the genetic correlation can be inflated, so I imagine that you might have related problems with colocalization, but I'm not sure.
