描述出现的错误
已有文件跳过下载失效

bug复现
复现这次行为的步骤：
1.下载中断后重新启动

截图
下载了一个多小时，重新下载覆盖了一次

桌面（请填写以下信息）：
-操作系统：windows11 64bit
-vpn代理关闭
-版本1.2.5.30

有没有可能是作者文案 @了某人 然后那个人改了名称 所以下载名称也发生了变化 但是不仔细看不出来

所有视频都是重新下载的，不是个别，是全部
