a lot of changes:

  • now we dont have any default file (.bazelbsp/default-projectview.bazelproject)
  • project view parsing process is quite the same, but without default file
  • defaults are set during construction of installation context / workspace context
  • build flags are now refreshed as well on sync
  • in almost all places workspace context provides all important info about the workspace
