Under some conditions, there is a background color to the heatmap.

detect stale Solr request by comparing the map extent in the Solr query to the current map extent.
fixed off by one error that was causing one too many classifications to be created, made hottest color incorrect.
added light gray for lowest level cells in heatmap.

re-enabled tooltip count
removed light grey color from color map per customer request
modified heatmap library because color gradient is sometimes wrong, first color forced to be transparent
to improve performance, run jenks classification potentially on a subset of solr values
