SRI README

Use: “make SRI” without quotes in the root directory.  Run “SRI”.

What's New:
-Documentation: see "Report and Diagrams.pdf" and "Design Document.pdf"
-It now compiles!
-DROP works with both entire Fact archetypes and individual Facts
-DUMP now works correctly
-OR has multithreading
