Fixes #8179

  • Change in CHANGELOG.md described in a way that is understandable for the average user (if applicable)
  • Tests created for changes (if applicable)
  • Manually tested changed features in running JabRef (always required)
  • Screenshots added in PR description (for UI changes)
  • Checked documentation: Is the information available and up to date? If not, I created an issue at https://github.com/JabRef/user-documentation/issues or, even better, I submitted a pull request to the documentation repository.

Note that with that fix, the perceived behavior of auto link changed.

Before: The file was added automatically to the entry when opening the "File" field

Now: JabRef asks for auto linking

This is a bit of a mystery, it should have also asked you before this change if you did not yet accept the file.
F7 should do this once for all.
