General replacement of + sign with a . dot not possible in the Bibtexkey field

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ctrl-R
2. • versus . only for the Bibtexkey field
3. Upon Enter nothing happens.

you will note the same 183 results

Could you try "bibtexkey", instead of "Bibtexkey"?

I was surprised that JabRef has this functionality, too! Never seen before..
But I found the issue: the bibtexkeyfield was exckluded in the code. No idea why
