Two things I noticed as I updated my local site to drupal 9 this week.
migration_tags is now an array (this applies to a migration in islandora and in islandora_defaults)
Also, I flubbed on the update_hook in Islandora in the D9 PR to update the source keys to source ids.
I will have PRs for these.
