Drupal update to 10.2

• Updates Drupal and modules.
• Features is no longer required as Islandora and Controlled Access Terms no longer use it.
• Transliterate Filenames is no longer needed as its functionality is part of core [1]
• The Matomo patch we had been applying has been merged [2]
• Changes to config include the following:
  • "Use structured DSN instead of URI in system.mail mailer_dsn" [3]
  • "Deprecate system.performance stale_file_threshold" [4]
  • "The Views setting default_argument_skip_url has been removed" [5]
  • Descriptions were added to entity view and form modes (I wasn't able to find the changelog for 10.2).
• CKEditor5 storage structure slightly changed (also can't find)
• And the usual suspects: re-ordering the array keys in yml files; changing '' to null, etc.

Tested this with the demo content in isle-dc and everything seems to be operating as expected. I was able to use the search, views were working, and derivatives were created.
