@anilturkmayali could you please split the table into
- IDSA maintained repositories, e.g. idsa, RAM, IDS-G, ThinkTank, IDS-G-pre, testbed,...
- Open Source Software provided by others
Then we would have 2 tables, that clearly distinguish our assets and responsibilities and sources of others.
Separated the content into two tables.

Moved ids3c-co to the upper table.
Removed IDS-G-pre
Maintainer team for ids3c-co has been replaced with IDSA Head Office.
Updated the repos maintained by IDSA HO.
Updated the archived repos.
